1. At our hospital, like many veterinary facilities, we collect payment when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not offer billing services.
2. For your convenience, we accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trupanion Express, Care Credit, ScratchPay, and Cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Peninsula Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through different payment programs. We can also guide you to certain local grant programs (such as Max’s Helping Paws) to help you with your pet’s care in certain cases. Current finance options that we accept are:

We highly recommend pet insurance coverage for your pet dog or cat.
As of July 2020, we are one of a select few U.S. veterinary hospitals that works with Trupanion pet insurance for express billing and payment on your pet’s behalf at the time of their visit. This means less out-of-pocket expenses for you.
